Dear Cynthia,
I have been thinking of you so much
these last few months and I wanted
to send you a BIG
THANK YOU! I can't walk through my
house without thinking of how much
you have taught me
and how much you have enhanced my
life and family's lives.
From our very first consult, you
totally got me. After 30 minutes of
conversation and a
tour of the garage and house, you
explained that the best place to
start organizing your
home is on the inside with the
garage as the last frontier. I had
thought my house was
fairly organized, comfortable and
cute with nice things, so I was
hesitant at first.
Wasn't it the garage that I needed
help with? Then when you started to
rearrange my
living room furniture, I didn't know
what to think. However, after a few
minutes of
watching you work and listening to
your concept for the space, I got
it! I'm so glad I
let you do your thing!
You had a million ideas and a
wonderful vision for small changes
that could make the
living room more functional and
inviting. You knew exactly what I
needed and knew
exactly what was most important to
me. After you left, I remember
thinking - "Wow, I
never would have thought to do this
in here. This is beautiful and
awesome!
You helped me wrap my head around
getting rid of things that I didn't
need or use but
that I thought I had to hang onto
for various reasons. You gave me so
many ideas that I
was able to do a lot on my own -
which is remarkable because I am the
person that takes
two years to decide where to hang a
picture.
Seriously, I know that "organizer"
is your official title, but you do
so much more in
addition to that. People have
actually asked me if I have had an
interior decorator
help me. I can honestly say "No"
because what I had is my fabulous
organizing
professional organize me and help me
re-envision my space. Wow!!!
You have taught me so much. Now,
when I have an area of the house
that needs to be more
organized, your advice still guides
me to accomplish organization,
functionality and just
as important it looks good!

There are so many great things that
I can say about Cynthia and Absolute
Organization. We hired her to help
us organize our kids' school work
and art area, and to better use our
family room and office space. The
first time that she visited, Cynthia
moved all of the furniture in our
family around, and it was perfect. I
couldn't believe how quickly she was
able to assess our needs and make it
happen. She also helped me decorate
the room, using elements that we
already had in the house, and
finding some wonderful, affordable
window treatments. We get
compliments about this room all the
time.
Cynthia also worked to create a
space for our kids' backpacks,
school work and papers, using an
existing closet and storage area
that was full of clutter. She was
able to find and label the perfect
containers for art materials,
prompting me to get rid of the old

The organizing portfolio has been a
real blessing. Between my
mom's and my doctor's appointments
and other activities, the calendar
and the pockets really help me.
I mark my events in orange marker
and my mom's in pink on the
calendar. The boxes on the the
calendar are perfectly sized for the
two of us.
I also use the single clear envelope
in the side compartment of my car
for receipts, as you suggested.
With frequent doctor appointments, I
have a place for receipts,
appointment cards, test results,
etc.that I can transfer into the
monthly file or the portfolio as
needed. Your suggestions and
materials have been so helpful! I
have cleaned out one closet of my
clothes (the fifty percent, as you
said) and am working on a second
closet.

This is Tracy from Austin. I did it!
I sorted thru the military uniforms

It is hard for me to even know where
to start. Cynthia is a miracle to
me. First, let me tell you a little
about me. I am by nature not an
organized person, have very ADD
tendencies, and have a hard time
giving away and/or throwing away
things I don t have any use for. I
have always wanted to have a nice
house that is warm, inviting,
relaxing, etc. But, I could never
make that my reality because I have
too much stuff and no organizational
system. When I would start to think
about what needs to be done to fix
up my house, I would get so
overwhelmed that I would just be
paralyzed and not able to do
anything. I was nervous about
contacting an organizer because I
was afraid the services would not be
affordable to me and because I was
embarrassed at the mess I was living
in. But, Cynthia is wonderful. She
was open and up-front about her fees
right off the bat and they are very
reasonable. During our first
conversation she put me at ease and
even more so when we first met. She
is straight-forward, honest,
sensitive, not at all judgmental and
has been pure positive energy for
me. The progress I have made with
Cynthia is remarkable. You would not
believe the difference. There is no
more paper clutter at all. I am
using a great filing system that she
suggested.
Cynthia is also a home stager and
she figured out how to arrange my
furniture to give a more open,
welcoming feeling. The areas we
worked on are completely free of
clutter, a miracle! Now I can do
things that I had continued to put
off, like painting, looking for
things to put on my walls, etc; in
short making my house what I’ve
always wanted it to be. When she is
here at my house she is teaching me
strategies, coming up with ideas,
and helping me with the things most
challenging to me.
Cynthia is passionate about what she
does. She has called me with ideas
or thoughts from stores when she has
seen something that might work for
me, she has sent me e-mails and
called with new ideas and
encouragement. I have followed all
of her advise and it has paid off
ten-fold. She is truly an expert in
this field. I will continue to use
her services until I finish my whole
house and garage. And, although I am
learning from her how to stay
organized, I will never hesitate to
hire her again, after my house is
done, on a maintenance basis or to
tackle specific problems. Did I
mention she is really fun to be
with? The time spent doing what I
would normally consider painful
drudgery type work absolutely flies
by. Whether your needs are
small-scale or large-scale, I cannot
recommend Cynthia highly enough.

with the way she presented herself
and her business on her own website.
She returned my first phone message
promptly, and asked me questions
about what I was trying to achieve
in the way of organization. She then
came to my home for a consultation
where I walked her through and
showed our problem/clutter areas.
Cynthia is extremely professional,
non-judgmental, and full of creative
ideas. Even on her first visit, she
brought some tools that she thought
would help me. During her second
visit we worked side-by-side to sort
and purge paper clutter. A
suggestion she had made about
getting my husband to collect his
receipts in one place wasn't
working, so she made another
suggestion. She really got down to
